I was surprised to learn that crying detoxifies our bodies. Emotional tears contain stress hormones and other toxins that crying flushes out. Crying releases endorphins, oxytocin, and endogenous opiates decreasing stress and anxiety.  
Pushing your child to succeed is not a bad thing. In fact, I believe it’s necessary. But pushing too hard can push them away.  
Reading does not just balance our educational sphere. The powerful link between our educational sphere and our mental and physical spheres is quite impressive.
Mental health exercises should be a daily habit, like brushing your teeth and taking a bath. If we take care of our physical sphere daily, why are we not taking care of our mental sphere the same way?With Gen Z tipping the scales when it comes to stress, now is the time to teach Generation Alpha how to make mental health a priority.
